SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network)

5G

Although 5G provides much speedier network speeds, it requires signals at very high bandwidth signals. In contrast to its excellent performance through glass, 5G signals rapidly deteriorate when passing through foliage and typical construction materials. To compensate, 5G needs greater density for its network of small cells to provide its vaunted low latency and high speed. Organizations will be required to upgrade their DAS (distributed antenna system) or deploy small cells to ensure indoor signal reliability.
